Axiomind Labs LLC ("we") operates axiomindlabs.com and the Axiomind VPN service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
1. Data we collect
Contact data: if you email us or request a quote, we keep your email address and the content of the conversation.
VPN accounts: email address and password (hashed), subscription plan and validity dates, and payment references. Payments are processed by PayPal or a crypto payment gateway — we never store card numbers.
VPN devices: device name and WireGuard public key, required to provide the service.
Website usage: pages visited, approximate country, and basic events (such as completed registrations), collected through Umami (self-hosted analytics, no third-party cookies) and the Meta pixel (see section 4).
2. What we do NOT do
We do not log your browsing activity inside the VPN tunnel (no logs of visited sites or content).
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. How we use the data
To provide and maintain our services and your subscription.
To communicate with you (support, account notices, password recovery).
To measure the performance of our website and advertising campaigns.
4. Meta (Facebook) pixel
This site uses the Meta Platforms, Inc. pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel may collect browser data (pages visited, events such as completed registrations, IP address, and device information) and share it with Meta under its own privacy policy. You can limit this tracking through your Facebook ad preferences or with tracking protection in your browser.
5. Self-hosted analytics (Umami)
We run our own Umami instance, a privacy-focused analytics tool: it uses no cookies, collects no personally identifiable data, and the data stays on our own servers.
6. Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/WireGuard) and restricted server access. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where legal retention obligations apply.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].
8. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
